A nationwide collaboration between The Black Menaces and the LGBTQIA+ students of the Religious Exemptions Accountability Project (REAP).

What we're doing

On October 11th, 2022, the National Coming Out Day, we are walking out to protest the end of the title IX (9) exemption that allows religious universities to legally discriminate against queer students and employees. We demand equality, and we will no longer allow for this blatant discrimination.

Fight With Us

This protest will take place on over 100+ campuses and will be one of the largest demonstrations held this year. We are joined by multiple other organizations, but to make our protest turn into real change, we need EVERY person, EVERY organization, EVERY company, EVERY congressperson, and even the President of The United States of America to join with us in protest and calling for change.
